Hey Friends,
Long time no post. To be honest I have been stuck in a rut, not knowing what to post, or where this is going. But My passion for creating food and slaving in the kitchen have prevailed. I’m also excited to say I’m working on a bigger project over the summer and have just started. Stay tuned for the big reveal!
Now on to todays meal. Like the good ol’ mac n’ cheese, it’s amazing and makes your mouth water just thinking about it! (Like mine is right now.) The only downside is: It’s not the healthiest of foods. Which I think is just a shame. The linguine al alfredo I’m introducing to you today is just the same. Except even simpler to make. All you need are 4 ingredients and 10min. Incredibly simple and just damn good!
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 300g linguine
- 50g butter
- 60g sour cream
- 70g parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the cooked pasta. Stir and flip gently to coat in butter. Add the sour cream and let it dissolve. Finally add the parmesan bit by bit, tossing to coat evenly until all well combined.
