- 60g chia seeds
- 500ml coconut milk
- 1 mango
- 2 tbsp honey
- Stir the chia seeds into the coconut milk until there are no more lumps. Pour it into a mason jar and place it into the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, cut up a mango into cubes and place on top. Drizzle over some honey and serve.
