Hey friends,
The winter days are slowly but surly coming here in Germany. And as we get cozier and drink more tea than ever, I have this delicious snack that is (somewhat) healthy and will go perfectly with whatever warm beverage you are having right now. I present to you: super delicious chocolate nut chunks! And since we are slowly going into the festive season, these are great as a small gift as well. just place them in a beautiful tin box or in a clear bag and tie up with beautiful ribbons. Oh, and have I mentioned, that they are sooo easy to make? Two ingredients and 10minuits. You will start making these a regular.
Also, you can totaly switch out the kinds of chocolate. White, milk or matcha chocolate (like we used here as well).
A little discalmer: These are addicting and very rich in calories (as nuts always are)! But even though the calorie count is higher, it is way healthier and better to grab these as a small snack as any other cookie or chips!
Ingredients
- 200g mixed Nuts (Walnuts, Almonds, Hazelnut)
- 100g dark chocolate
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Add the nuts. Make sure the nuts are 100% covered by chocolate.
