The new year is finally here. Happy new year to you all. I can’t believe its 2020! 2019 has been such a blessing. Each new year when I look back on the year that has past, I’m always thankful for everything that I got to experience! And it makes me so excited for the new year.
Recently I like to set myself some goals or new years resolution for the coming year. Things that I like to work towards and or change about my current daily routines.
But often times it’s just so hard to make those new habits stick.
So I though I would sit down with my boyfriend over a delicious vegan lentil bolognese and talk about how to set goals correctly. (I would consider my boyfriend a goal setting guru 😉 ) It was so much fun and I hope you guys will find this helpful as well.
