Delicious and filling peanut noodles that warm the tummy.
- 3,5 ounces (100g) thin korean wheat noodles (somyeon)
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- Combine peanut butter, water and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix well until it forms a smooth paste.
- Cook somyeon noodles in boiling water according to package.
- Add the cooked somyeon to the bowl of sauce and distribute the sauce carefully.
