Peanut Sauce Noodles

img_1469Delicious and filling peanut noodles that warm the tummy.

Serves 2


  • 3,5 ounces (100g) thin korean wheat noodles (somyeon)
  • 2 tbs peanut butter
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water


  1. Combine peanut butter, water and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix well until it forms a smooth paste.
  2. Cook somyeon noodles in boiling water according to package.
  3. Add the cooked somyeon to the bowl of sauce and distribute the sauce carefully.
