- 4 slices whole wheat toast (or any other bread you prefer)
- 7 oz (200g) canned tuna
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 onion
- 3 large leaves of green leaf lettuce
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- Toast the slices bread.
- Mix the tuna with mayonnaise and the finely chopped onion to form a smooth paste. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the tuna onto the toast evenly and layer lettuce and slices of hard-boiled egg on top.
