Classic French Toast


Delicious golden brown french toast, perfect for a sunday brunch or a quick midnight snack.

Serves 2


  • 4 slices whole wheat toast
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • pinch of salt


  1. Beat the eggs with salt and milk.
  2. Soak the toast in egg and milk mixture for about a minutes.
  3. Fry the soaked toast in a greased frying pan until golden brown.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit, cinnamon, syrup, confectioners sugar or chocolate sauce.
