The days are getting warmer and longer. And we are definitely getting into the barbecue and picnics season. At my uni, now is the time students come together at the popular “Innwiese” (A meadow by the river Inn) and grill, sunbathe or enjoy some ice cream. And this is what I like to bring as a dish for everyone to enjoy! What I also like to do with this pasta salad is meal prep and bring it to uni for lunch.
So today I’m sharing a delicious, quick and easy pasta salad. It is perfect to bring along to work, school, barbeques or picnic. It will be a stunner and people will be lining up for the recipe!
