But along the way I really missed you guys and missed creating all those delicious recipes! So, I’m back guys! And here to share with you all the delicious recipes I’ve discovered in the mean time. Oh, and before I forget, since I’m 99% vegan now, the recipes will also 99% be vegan. But  don’t worry, they are still delicious! I promise! And if you must have some meat or cheese, just add as much as you want.

Now, to the delicious recipe I want to share with you guys. This truly is my favorite salad and I wish I could have it everyday! But sadly sweet potatoes aren’t too affordable here in Germany (At least for a student and when not on sale). But once in a while, we all like to treat ourselves.

Now you might ask, what is so special about this roasted sweet potato salad recipe, when there are thousands of them out there? It’s all about the sweet potato spices when roasting! its sweet, yet savory and at the same time somehow christmasy.
