Hey friends,
On some days I just oversleep and don’t have time for an elaborate breakfast. On those days when I’m stressed running around the apartment getting ready I don’t have time to make or eat breakfast calmly as usual. On those days it is nice to have a smoothie for breakfast. Something that can be eaten (or drunken) quickly.
With a lot of the smoothie recipes out there I find myself hungry after an hour or so which is not something I want. I want my breakfast to last me until lunch time. So what I do is use oats and banana as the base for my smoothie recipes, this way I know I’m getting enough calories to stay full longer. So today I’m sharing with you guys 4 different healthy and easy breakfast smoothies that I make when I am in a rush. So here we go:
